Mentor a promising youth and pass along your knowledge to the
next generation of professionals through our Leaders of Tomorrow® program

LOT Austin invites you to make a difference in the lives of our youth by becoming a LOT Mentor. The LOT program is an integrated system of workshops, activities, and events designed to equip minority high-school students with the skills and tools required to be successful in their collegiate endeavors and beyond.

LOT Austin’s continued success is dependent upon a pool of talented and committed mentors who possess and are willing to share their diverse set of educational, professional, and life experiences with others. LOT Austin believes in the power of knowledge transfer and is committed to fostering growth of intellectual capital within our minority youth communities through exposure and education.

As a LOT Mentor, you will have the ability to network and collaborate with other like-minded professionals to guide students through a challenging curriculum designed to improve academic and leadership skills, ensure college preparedness, build confidence and self-esteem, increase business acumen, and encourage professional development.
